Two night booking is required on major holidays and festivals

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 7 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made less a $25.00 processing fee.

Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Cancellation for any bookings made on festival events or whole house bookings must be made 30 days prior to your stay; otherwise your credit card will be charged for the reservation. If we are able to rebook we will refund a full or partial refund less a $25.00 processing fee.

Rooms rates are single or double occupancy. A third person can be added for $35.00.

Check in time is 3:00-6:00 P.M. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements

Check out time is 11:00 A.M.

Absolutely no smoking inside. It is permitted outside the house using the container on the front porch.

Children 12 years and older are welcome

No child care is provided
